  : #The exterior of the hotel looked very shabby, the room was small and needed a good clean. There was a leak under the sink in the bathroom. The television did not work. The bedside light not connected, my husband had to scrabble about for the extension lead. The mattress was very uncomfortable..springs sticking out. Drinking glasses not clean, tray not clean drawers dusty.

  : Our experience at this hotel was disappointing. The lack of reception upon arrival, unanswered calls, and delayed assistance were frustrating. The hotel's overall cleanliness was poor, and the room lacked heating and basic amenities like shampoo. The absence of hot water and a malfunctioning TV further detracted from the experience. I do not recommend this hotel.

  : The location was very good for me - near good tube and bus links.The room was very clean, the mattress very comfortable and the microwave and fridge in the room were very goodWhen I eventually got to see someone there he was very obliging.
  : The place looked unkempt from the outside, it was shabby in the common parts and there was no welcome or clear indication of where to go to obtain the key. It was another person in the property who went to knock on an unmarked door to attract someones attention.The shower, whilst clean, didnt work very well and I didnt feel able to use it. Could have done with another towel.
