  : Location is okay, but still 15 minutes from the city centre. Offered an hour later check-out because of my experience. Although 12 is the standard check-out time anywhere else.
  : 1. Had to travel to the central train station, a 40 minute round-trip, solely to collect the keys from a convenience store. This does not make sense; there is a Nepalese restaurant downstairs from the apartment that could easily take care of key collection. 2. The keys were not at the store when I went to get them at 3pm, supposedly one hour before check-in at 4 (at least an hour later than any check-in time I've ever heard of but I digress). 3. I had to phone WeHost to find out that check-in would instead be at 4:45 as the apartment had not been cleaned due to someone being ill. 4. I collected the keys in person outside the apartment at 4.45 after travelling back from the train station empty-handed. 5. The apartment was NOT CLEAN. Hair in drains and a wet and smelly shower mat. No laundry detergent for washing machine. 6. Leak from the hallway ceiling left a huge puddle outside the apartment door on the first morning of our stay. 7. No way to adjust heating, the radiator dials do nothing. Overall, if I had been contacted earlier about the keys/late check in issue I might have overlooked the other issues I encountered.

  : A few kitchen appliances were missing and TV was struggling to work properly.

  : Bed was nice. Sofa was nice. Kitchen was functional enough.
  : 4g modem had a broken battery most likely, didnt turn on. Outlets near the sofa and bed would be nice. Cable management for tv, almost tripped on the cables going to the kitchen. Lock at the main door gate to the building was super unreliable, had to wriggle the key around every time to get in AND get the key back.

  : Good apartment, good location, good view.
  : The worst check-in system I have ever seen. The host left me waiting for 40 min, standing in the streets covered by snow, than told me to go to another place (considerably far) to take the keys. I tried to call him several times, when he finally answered the phone I was really upset, so he was rude and hung up the phone in my face.
