When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

No parking available.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 5 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
Children from 5 years old to 12 years old stay for € 20 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
People 13 years old and over stay for € 60 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that the minimum age to visit the spa is 16 years.

If you have booked a non-refundable rate, the hotel will send you a payment link via email to finalize the booking. If the payment link is not used to pay for the booking, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking.

If you have booked a non-refundable rate with a Visa Electron card, please contact the hotel to arrange prepayment with another card.

The property requires that the credit card holder’s name matches the guest’s name on the booking confirmation. The property may also request a copy of passport to be sent by email before check-in.
