  : The room was old and rather worn. Not clean, sheets were yellowed, stains on the walls. Overall it felt really uncomfortable. Reception wasnt able to answer any questions we had. Breakfast was not good either. The bar was full of people, so it was noisy with doors constantly being slammed. Music was playing loudly as well.

  : when we walked up to our room, all the garbage and dirty sheets & towels were in front of each room down the entire hall. definitely a weird experience which gave me the feeling that the cleanliness was poor even before i stepped into the room. was so disappointing that we searched for other hotels with availability in the area even though we were staying for one night only.although it says that hairdryer is in the room, it was not, but i got it at the reception - however the hairdryer was as old as the hotel probably (:

  : I booked another night at Legendary Hotel Hella for our road trip in Iceland in August. The hotel room was paid in advance with no cancellation right. One day before our arrival, I was informed that the hotel was overbooked. We were relocated to another hotel which has much lower room standard. Regardless the relocated hotel is in a remote place and at the opposite direction to our next days journey, the hotel refused to give any other solution or any refunds to us. After calling Booking.com, we got help to cancel this hotel and booked another hotel in the same town (yes, there still has hotel room available at the same town, but Legendary Hotel Hella refused to relocating us there because the room price is a bit higher. They made terrible mistakes with many overbooked rooms, but they didnt want to pay any extra cost for their mistakes, on the other hand, they tried to earn more by relocating guests to lower standard hotel rooms!)Afterwards, no matter how you try to contact Legendary Hotel Hella, no one responds anything to you, and no refund from the hotel for the cancelled stay!Never ever book this hotel again!

  : The person at the breakfast buffet was very nice. The breakfast was simple but passable. The price was on the lower end. There was a nice river in the vicinity that you could walk along.
  : Very basic room with no atmosphere. Most employees seemed uninterested, but were helpful once asked. The carpets in the hallways were dirty. The TV didn't work. No good aeration.

  : Location was good
  : They do not have a good system so they did not check me and my family in untill i show them the payment confirmation. It was raining and they did not even offer a coffe to me or my family. I had to check the transfer in my bank account and show it to them. Breackfast was from 7.30 to 9.00. I was only informed of this short period when me and my family get there at 9.15.
