  : - The location was excellent and easy to access from the ferry.
  : - The price was very expensive compared to the style and quality of the hotel. - when we arrived , we were told breakfast was not included even though it says on booking website that it is included. - there was no room service after 22h and when we asked for recommendation, the staff laughed and didnt offer any suggestions , even though we later found a place to get food on the island.. - the secure luggage store is just on the floor downstairs , not locked or secured and this is printed on the welcome card as a special feature for guests.

  : Check out on 26.5. only 1 person working and waiting long time. No one was helping us for the Luggage and guests have to store there own luggage in basement without any luggage tag

  : I'll start with the fact that the hotel is very nice, excellently located (close to the ferry and a small beach), has beautiful rooms, well-equipped, and offers great breakfasts, coffee service, etc. Only positives here. The first concern relates to the advance payment for the stay. I booked the trip six months in advance, in August 2023, and Booking.com offered a free cancellation option up to a month before arrival, which would be until December 2nd. Therefore, I was surprised to receive an email from the hotel right after making the reservation, stating that they expect an 80% deposit within 3-5 days, or my reservation would be voided. I protested since there's an option for free cancellation, but they were firm. I wanted this trip, so the only thing I negotiated was a deferred payment until the end of September, but it still meant financing the hotel for 3 months, as my stay was planned for January. But that's okay.
  : The second and much bigger disappointment awaited me at the hotel. Here's an important logistical note: you can only reach the island by ferry, which doesn't operate during storms. So, if the ferry doesn't sail on your departure day, you're stuck on the island. Unfortunately, that happened to me. The hotel informed me that I could stay in my room, and I agreed, with the payment due upon check-out when it was certain the ferry was running. Luckily, the wind calmed down, and we could return the next day. However, I was surprised when the hotel charged an extra night for 200 EUR, although I had been paying 150 EUR/night so far. The receptionist couldn't provide any justification. I refused to pay 200 EUR and stated I could pay 150 EUR, exactly what I had paid before. I also showed her the current offer on Booking.com from her hotel, displaying a price of 636 PLN for my room (approx. 147 EUR). The receptionist calculated in front of me at a rate of 1 EUR = 4.30 PLN, but when it equaled 147 EUR, she quickly erased it so I wouldn't see the result! I couldn't believe this was happening. I declared one last time that I wouldn't pay more than 150 EUR and asked them not to exploit the inability to return from the island and the forced overnight stay to impose additional charges. The receptionist asked for additional time, consulted the matter, and returned agreeing to 150 EUR. I'd like to add that if the ferry doesn't arrive, and someone can't get to the island and the hotel, they are still charged. During this time, their room is given to someone who couldn't leave the island and the hotel, and they also pay for the stay and an extra night. What a business. The ferry arrives great, there are customers. It doesn't arrive even better!
