  : The location of the property is great. Very convenient to travel if you're visiting by car, good parking space available, approximately 15 minutes walk to town centre and to the beach. It is located in a quiet spot among sand dunes and pines trees.
  : The property looks a little run down and not looked after. The idea of it is great, but it needs some maintenance. Many small things were broken in our room, so you better check everything before you move in. The toilet was pretty wobbly and if feels like it will break when you sit on it. We didn't have any cleaner attending even though the place is located in the dunes therefore there is a lot of sand everywhere. Instead we found cleaning supplies so we had to take care of it ourselves. I think for the price charged better services could be provided. Picnic area was nice amd simple but needed to be looked after as welll. Swimming pool was opened, but the water looked like it hasn't been changed at all, no desire to dip even a toe into it. Overall the place has a great potential but needs better maintenance to correspond with it's price

  : Amazing location, quiet and peaceful, right on the dunes and in the forest. Perfect place for a weekend getaway. The room was tight and basic but clean. Easy checkin. We had a great time.
  : I cannot imagine squeezing 4 people in the quadruple room, with two people you have to sometimes coordinate your movements. Room definitely lacks a balcony. Early checkout.

  : The host is clearly a creative person, there are great ideas, like the pool, hammocks and bbq areas as well as bike rental- we loved the cycling and Hel is perfect to move around on bike! Good with children. The kitchenette is small but provides everything to cook or store food.
  : The foul smell of sewage from bathroom. The mattresses and bedding were very thin.

  : We couldn't stay at this hotel because the had advertize a baby bed available for the room we booked, only to tell us, after we had booked a non refundable, that it was not possible and wanted us to book a more expensive room! They didn't want to negotiate with any kind of commercial gesture.
