  : Check in was ok if you come after 3pm but if you come before that it could be impossible to get into the building to leave your luggage.

  : No lift, had to carry my heavy luggage to first floor up & down by self, was troublesome my room was annex to the main hotel, hence had to drag my heavy luggage on cobble stone paths damaging my luggage wheels

  : Great location, tidy and very pretty rooms. Warm with radiators. Not quite as the pictures though! Just a pillow each person, no extra blankets and a modern pull out couch - fine for our son but would not have comfortably slept 2 adults. Fridge was a drinks Fridge and nothing to do dishes with (soap, towel, cloth)

  : The staff. Really friendly, really nice. And the restaurant is very nice as well.
  : It wasnt what I expected. I have stayed there a few years ago, got a lovely room in classic German style. In the nice and quiet area above the restaurant. For that reason I blindly booked again. Big mistake. Firstly, we got sent to a different building, 5 minute foot walk. Not nice with sport-bags, but ok. The room we got was small, not finished properly (the shower was lighted with a builders lamp) and not clean. We unfortunately found that out too late. The room is located in the city center, and we couldnt sleep with the windows open, as we were constantly waken up by people belong our windows. When we woke up, we found out we had no warm water. That was extremely disappointing, because during a holiday you want a nice and warm shower. We also found out there were spiderwebs everywhere. Because we were tired from not sleeping properly, and having to be somewhere else, we just left. Very very disappointed.

  : Location was good, but right above a loud bar. It was noisy. But most importantly, one of the mornings, we ran out of hot water. I find this a deal breaker. I wouldnt stay there again.
