  : The room is old, not clean, the shows place is either in a bathtub nor in a shower room. The part holds the shower head is broken.

  : It was close to the airport, the view was also very nice
  : I came at around 14-May at past 12mn and this was my 1st time in this place and might be my last, I travel alot for work and I was really disappointed on the staff that was there when I checked in, I was asking if they have a change on a 100usd but they they turned me down,but that was okay. No worries on that.. I get that everyone gets tired at work and it was late. When I checked out I was asking of why there was about 50usd over charged on my bank account and they said it was for security deposits and will be sending it back to the account.. Until now as I am writing this.. There was no refund on that money. So I really don't know what's the deal you could have just told me straight we won't return it back so don't wait for it.thank you and may your hotel and staff be blessed more. Lastly the hair dryer wasn't even clean so I refuse to use it and if they think that that dirty hair on that dryer was mine then they must be blind as I am not blonde.

  : I paid in advance on Booking.com. Receptionist insisted on charging me again at hotel and said I would have to seek refund from Booking.com. Very unhelpful, abrupt.

  : Didn't eat breakfast. The toilet gave us some trouble and it wouldn't flush. Also didn't get our cookies when we checked in
  : You're supposed to get warm cookies when you arrive....and as I said before the toilet got clogged on us in the middle of the night

  : Love the location to the airport, the restaurant was very clean and the food was delicious. I booked online and asked for the top floor and I got it I loved that. I would def stay there again.
  : There was a few hairs in the bathroom floor. The chair in the restaurant sat very low, I thought I was going to fall through it when I sat down. It was a little costly, but I wanted close to the airport.
