  : Linda at the front desk wasn’t pleasant at all. She lied and said that I needed a credit card on file. Which wasn’t true after speaking with the supervisor Shannon all I needed was my Debit card to put a hold of $50 which wasn’t a problem. And I told Shannon that Linda said I needed a credit card. Shannon said credit card & debit card go hand and hand. Absolutely not a debit card is taking out of your banking card and credit card is a charge card. You would think the supervisor would know the difference! But anyway neither Shannon or Linda handle the situation In a professional manner. Instead they had attitudes and were trying to be smart asses. They both need to take a customer service class to learn how to treat paying customers. This facility didn’t have an elevator which was very inconvenient being on the second floor having to walk up many stairs with plenty of luggage. The stairs made loud noises when walking on them. For breakfast we had to ask the staff to put out more sausages, spoons, waffle mix. The staff wasn’t attentive at all to make sure breakfast was stocked up on everything so it would run smoothly. I would never Visit this place again. I should have read the reviews online before booking. Lesson learned on my end. Safe yourself the hassle and headache and don’t visit here! It definitely wasn’t worth the money that was spent here

  : We got there a little earlier than expected and called ahead to make sure a room would be available but there wasn’t one. Other than that the employees were very kind and super polite.
