  : This place was very nice, location and facilities. The place was very clean.
  : Unfortunately when we got to our room the room hadn’t been cleaned. The beds were not made there was empty water bottles everywhere and used towels on the floor. It was very late, we were exhausted. We told the front desk and they offered to clean it for us, but we didn’t feel comfortable anymore knowing they weren’t aware of this.

  : The pool was very green and looked like slime. More upkeep with their pool would be my recommendation. We were looking forward to a nice swim on our stay but the pool was no swimmable.

  : I spoke to a manager about my room and asked for a refund on the second day because she did not notify us before we checked in that the pool was not in service. She said it had been out of service for the last two days because it needed a pump. She could have informed me before we checked in or at check in time. She waited until my daughter was actually in the pool and then she proceeded to tell us. No sign was up at the pool area either. She was very rude instead of trying to apologize and was adamant about not giving a refund because it was 1:00. I told her checkout was at 11:00 and she could charge us a late check out fee and she said no. She also tried to add taxes and more to my room rate after I told her what the total should be because I had booked through booking.com and she argued with me about that. I will never stay at that Best Western again.

  : I didn't like that I paid almost $200 just to stay in the room with no pool when that was the whole reason for renting this room for the night.. to celebrate my daughter's birthday with a little pool party with her and two of her friends... Waste of money...It's just a regular hotel like anybody else's but what really pissed me off is that I booked this room because it had a pool and they said the pool was available. The lady behind the counter specifically waited until she took my card and my license gave me the room key and then said oh by the way the pool is not working.... She was very well aware that I could not get my money back because I made my reservations through booking.com

  : The staff was very rude, she ran my card multiple times then said it declined, I had a charge on 2 different cards from the same hotel…as for the property itself my room was ok but was not properly cleaned, there was hair in the shower and the sink when I arrived, my neighbors were knocking on my door to show me their was mold in their room. The entire hall was stink.
