  : The view was amazing and the little balcony at the front is so nice for a morning coffee or a sundowner with a view of the lake. Check-in was really easy and the accommodation is close to the lake, shops, Ballenberg Museum, the Rothorn Bahn, the ferry terminal...really easy access all around.
  : The upper bedroom is not made for adults, it is a very sweet little hideaway for kids with fairy lights and a nice feel, but you need to bend over to walk in and the stairs are steep (NO ELDERLY PEOPLE!!). It's also VERY hot up there. Toiletries were meant to be provided, so I assumed that meant shower gel/a bar of soap and soap for washing hands at least (although toiletries supplied usually means shampoo and conditioner too), but there was only a bottle of kiddies' sweet watermelon liquid handsoap. We made do and it wasn't the end of the world, it's just not what was advertised. There was also quite a lot of junk piled up at the back of the house where you barbecue, which made it not as nice to sit out there, but we still enjoyed it. The neighbours complained about the smoke going into their bedroom however, so perhaps the barbecue should be moved further away from the building or more toward the open spaces (Or a note should be left for guests to say where they shouldn't barbecue).

  : It had one air condition while we had two rooms and a living room. It was a little hot.The view wasn't that good being in this amazing place.

  : the house is beautiful, modern facilities and includes the things you need. I really love it and highly recommend for group of people. from the balcony, you can see beautiful view of the lake brienz and mountain. it is convienent to transport by bus and train but it takes quite a long time to wait for a bus around 1hr each.

  : we were there during the hot season and it has no A/C.
