  : breakfast was good. as was the spa area and if you like hard beds (which I do) youll sleep like a queen.

  : It's a lovely hotel and room was okay standards and cleanliness wise, staff were very welcoming.
  : Room was right above staff smoking area, super super hot! No air-conditioning, we asked for fan but it didn't help much. We paid for superior room but got a standard double because of pet even though they charge extra for pets and didn't mention anything when booking...

  : The settimg of the hotel implied that the hotel rooms would be luxuurious.
  : The rooms were below the standard expected. On route to sevn other hotels on route to Portugal I found this hotel to be the most expensive and the least comfortable. The rooms seemed to not have air con. The windows were difficult to to leave open without the blinds letting in light. The staff seemed rather disinterested in guest. I reported that the room had no phone only to be told it had on by reception. My other room had one in the annex area which was like an ipad but the phone was missing and could not be used. Disappointed as I had such high hopes

  : I need to ask to myself ? may be the neighbourhood ...
  : in general our room should be refreshed . the floor is covered with a very old brown long peals carpet , very old fashion , which is not hygienic . Even more the same carpet was covering the hall floor but so old that ther was a very big old on a step in front of our room . The bed was really too smooth and on contrary the pillows were made in a strange material making them uncomfortable as never ; curtains were made in a very light material , leaving light coming in easily ; the top was the famous restaurant where we decided to get our diner . we ordered only a main meal for my wife and I , after getting our glasses of wine we were waiting almost one hour without seeing anyything , afterr asking to the maider it was clear we have been forgotten ; we need to wait for again 10 minutes and finally we got our meall which was not exceptional at all , except the very high price iit costed . I will never come back there 300 euros for such a one night stop , this is a price we would pay on the French Cote d'azur !

  : Beautiful hotel, great food, very nice staff, rooms spacious, nice breakfast.
  : Room can get very hot at night in the summer... and no air-conditioning.Pillows nice and fluffy but really comfy.
