The card used to make the booking must be presented at check-in. If this is not possible, you must contact the hotel before arrival.

For business guests, the company must forward a letterhead request to the hotel to charge the card for the specified amount.

Please note the lead guest must be 18 years and older.

The hotel will take pre-authorisation for the amount equal to your first night stay with tax to validate your credit card 3 days prior to your arrival date.

Any guest found smoking on the premises will be charged a penalty fee of GBP 100.

Late check-out after 11:00 is possible by prior arrangement with the property for an additional fee of GBP 10 per hour and is subject to availability (up to 13:00).
