  : Poor quality room. Very small and no window. If we had known, we would not have stayed.

  : No windows (nice skylight). Breakfast starts at 8.30am at earliest so couldn't have it.

  : Very friendly staff, very nice village location. Food was very good. There was an abundance of tea and coffee in the room. The room was cosy. Room enough for a double bed.
  : My only issue was that the toilet and wash hand basin in the ensuite were not clean. However, this would not deter me from returning or recommending to others.

  : Lovely atmospheric old pub in a charming village. Comfy room connected to the pub and with great views. Bed very comfortable. Good food at dinner, they placed us next to an atmospheric fire. Really quaint pub which was cosier than I expected.
  : All was very good. Breakfast (which we did not take) could have been offered till 10 as a lie-in was an important part of our getaway from toddler care! (We wondered if this was due to the time of year as we had booked 23rd December and they were gearing up for a busy Christmas eve.) We chose the lie-in!There was a bit of a miscommunication about our table booking for dinner. Good if they could have confirmed that they had taken the dinner booking by replying to our message.

  : Comfortable and very clean room, friendly and helpful staff, nice bar area with open fire, good food and service in the restaurant. Good location for my needs and well located for several attractions in the area.
