  : Beautifully appointed basement apartment, with tasteful and high quality fittings & furnishings. Great central location for Harrogate town centre, just a 10-minute stroll away. Good sized fridge freezer & well-equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds, easy & simple central heating controls and large tv with every streaming service you could wish for. Ensuites have great showers and high quality fittings also. Nice quality towels provided. Late night convenience shop right across the road is very handy. Good, fast broadband throughout the property.
  : Bedroom 2 ensuite is very small and if you are a larger person, you simply may not fit! Guests in the ground floor flat above can be heard quite clearly and although this wasnt a problem for our stay, some may find it intrusive. Apart from handwash which was provided, some other toiletries would have been appreciated, such as shampoo, conditioner etc, as guests sometimes do not bring their own. There ideally needs to be more plates / sideplates provided, as we didnt have enough and there were only 4 people in our group. Minor points all and we had a lovely stay.

  : Our 2nd visit to this property. A very nice place to stay. Very well equipped with good quality features.
  : All good. Parking was a little difficult, mainly because of roadworks but we could cope with it.
