  : Room was not clean. Tile was falling apart in the bathroom. Dusty and mold in tub. Pool facilities were closed for the majority of our trip.

  : It was a little rundown. The shower didn’t drain and there were in show soap and shampoo dispensers that were empty.

  : The location was not the best (not much close by). Hotel was okay, just needs better cleaning/maintenance of balconies/staircases.

  : Stains everywhere - all over the fridge , tables , gas stove , chair, sink , bed sheets , side table and yeh room has this disgusting smell . We almost puked and they took 1 hour to check in and we waited in parking lot with my toddler asleep in car for almost an hour at 11pm . They said the room is not available and they can’t do anything . The only room available has a drainage problem in the bathroom. After making us wait in streets for an hour they gave us the same filthy room . Blood stains over sheets and hair everywhere . The room was cleaned at all. The previous customers hairbands are lying on the side table . And to add to this they lost power and didn’t have a generator . All customers were angry and arguing at the reception . We had to check out in dark with our phone flashlights on . We are talking about a Marriott hotel ! Our kids and us were traumatized by this experience . I have photos to prove it . Pathetic terrible experience !!! And they charged us 30$ more than what booking.com said . That’s ridiculous !! Wish I could rate this in negative ! Traumatizing experience and am not exaggerating !

  : The room was gross. Not cleaned well. Shower did not drain. Door handles falling off. Sticky counters and floors. Stains on the couch and linens. Beds were hard as a rock and very uncomfortable.
