  : I was extremely disappointed with many things. I had booked a standard room with 2 beds for my son & I . At check in they were very rude and said that a king is my only option and that is what I booked on your site. At that point my wife was driving to meet us and I told her to turn around bc they only have a king bed and have no intention of helping us. My wife went on booking.com and said well I can make a reservation now and have a standard room offering option 1 king and option 2 standard bed for half the price. That was when I had become disenchanted with both your site and holiday inn express. The rate I paid was over $600 and right after I checked and paid my wife could book for $312 per night.
  : I had put a do not disturb on the door as I had some important confidential papers that I was intentionally not taking with me that day. Housekeeping disregarded the do not disturb and cleaned in room. When I spoke to front desk all they said I’m sorry. Are you IHG member I can give you points.
