: Location is good and we had big room.
: It's 21 century but they don't accept card payments ( I think it's everywhere in Harrachov). They accepting cash only. We paid in Polish PLN and they used rate 1PLN=5CZK , I've showed them that correct rate at that day was 1PLN=5,5CZK but they said they are using different one. I have no idea where did they take 1PLN=5CZK but because of that we lost around 20 Euros( obviously that worked in they favour). So be prepared that you will pay more if you don't have Chech koruna.We have been there for 3 nights and there was no cleaning service and we had to use same bathroom towels for whole our stay.

: Almost everything was excellent, breakfast was awesome and the staff was smiley and helpful.
: They charged us a few more EUR for some sort of tourist tax. I don't even know. It was in Czech. But our booking reservation didn't mention it before so I'm not too fond of that and next time (elsewhere) I will try to pay via booking upfront to avoid such surprises.

: + cute house with comfy bed + good breakfast + close to the bus station and ski slopes and ski rentals + super hot in the rooms- you will definitely not be cold + restaurant downstairs that you can eat lunch/dinner at but make sure you book the spot + if you arrive late they can help you to get to the guesthouse from the bus stop
: - the whole city/area has a problem with being rude and unwelcoming- its incredible how they don't like people there; Had same experience in the guesthouse- chose a small guesthouse to feel welcomed- and felt completely the opposite - the only time they will speak English is while writing messages on booking; other than that Czech and German only and they expect you to understand it while they speak very fast. - the duvet and pillows (not the covers) were dirty- you could smell the sweat smell through the fresh covers- and as the rooms are extremely hot you sweat a lot while you sleep- so would be good that they wash the duvets and pillows too every couple of guests as it was really bad - maybe due to limited communication because of the language barrier- but it was very difficult to get info on what to do around etc.
