  : The hotel was beautiful honestly it WOULD have been our first time staying in a hotel with our kids as a family
  : We didnt stay because there was an error on the booking dates. We arrived at the hotel and they said they would help us and refund us to stay on the correct days but we would have to pay again. So we decided not too because honestly we didnt have enough money too book again. I called booking and they said they would process the refund if and only if the hotel accepted to refund to which I was happy because the property manager said they would refund. At the end the hotel decided not to refund and I begged them to refund to understand us that it was an honest mistake but they decided not to to top it off later that day they towed our family car to which we had to pay $400 to get it back we had a parking permit but they didnt see it and they still charged us and didnt care. I explained in a voicemail to the hotel and I guess they didnt care. To me that is poor customer service poor understanding to the customer. It is such a beautiful hotel but I zero definitely not recommend this hotel and never will I ever book with them!
