  : The property is spacious, and has several bedrooms. The lounge is pleasing, and the veranda is nice to sit on, especially on dark nights. The wood fire is a nice touch. Some fun books on local history.
  : I was a bit disappointed by the provision of basic necessities - insufficient toilet paper for a week's stay, no dish soap, no hand soap, no decent-size glasses (we bought some and left them). The concrete outside is very spiky (as is every bush on the driveway), so make sure you have flip-flops because you won't want to go out barefoot. Could have done with somewhere to store bikes. While the cottage is close to the main road, Harlech is a small place and you're about half an hour from the main area town of Porthmadog.
