  : Convenient to get in and out of.
  : Not clean, had one set of towels for 2 guests, faucet stream of water was half what it should be, tv did not work, pillows small and wimpy. There was a big red stain in carpet. Burned out lightbulb. Since I prepaid through booking. Com they refused to move us to an available room where we would not have issues we were facing in our room.

  : Very clean. Harlan is a nice small town with a great dog park!
  : Pool was closed I assume for cleaning. A bit of a drive (10 miles) from I-80, but worth it for price, safety, and cleanliness.

  : We went to our granddaughters graduation .Its a very convenient location for us so that was great. We forgot to bring our receipt print out from booking . com though, just had a screen shot, so that became an issue. We had to pay again and still havent resolved that . Disappointing but plan to keep after it .

  : The night manager was horrible. Did not want to do her job. She was very unaccommodating. Our room was not cleaned on a regular basis. We had to ask for everything. The bed was uncomfortable and the air conditioner was so loud sleep was next to impossible.

  : My room was comfortable. Although, I could swear, I could hear the person next door to me snoring.
  : Where do I begin - first, there is no elevator. Second, be aware the room 204 has toilet that doesnt flush well. Breakfast was mediocre - not a lot to choose from especially if you arent a big waffle fan. No fruit, the bread was basically white, no bagels. I think there was biscuits and gravy - but it was not very appealing. The TV selection were mediocre - no ABC, CBS, NBC - just FOX and its affiliates.

  : The beds was comfortable and it had a great shower.
  : We had 3 people in our room. There were 2 towels, 2 washcloths and no hand towels. I guess you were supposed to use a regular towel to dry your hands on. The pool was closed indefinitely. The staff was OK, but when we requested a room on the ground floor (because I'm handicapped) we were told NO, even though I had requested it when we booked the room. They didn't try at all to accommodate us and they didn't smile, talk to us (except the No). They acted like they hated working with people. I understand everyone has bad days at work, but if you're in a hospitality position you need to at least speak to the people in a civil manner.

  : There was no water in the pool. Mattresses were stored in the room that the pool was in so they obviously have no plan of using it! Worst of all, the tv would not sync with the remote. We could not get anything other than an infomercial. We called the front desk for help. She said that you had to use the buttons on the side of the tv. She said that she was not a techy and could not help us beyond that. We literally tried to get it to work for 2 hours to no avail! Fortunately, the bed was comfortable, the room was clean but the negatives far outweighed the positives. It was NOT a good experience. Furthermore, it was certainly overpriced for what it was! No TV, no pool, very minimal breakfast ( no fruit other than oranges which was fortunate because the orange juice machine was out of order). Even though the room was clean, the furniture was shabby, the carpet was faded, the towels were thin and threadbare, there were coffee pouches but no sugar or creamer. I could go on but I wont.
  : Non-Working tv, pool with no water, minimal breakfast with eggs in the refrigerator, non working OJ machine, no fruit other than oranges. The entire hotel smelled like a pool but yet, no water in the pool??
