  : Holiday Inn provided all the amenities we were looking for in our stay. Shannon at the front desk was exceptional!! Very kind, welcoming and accommodating!And the staff working the breakfast were nice and busy keeping the area clean and stocked.
  : Our bathroom had very poor lighting and ventilation, no exhaust fans to help with the steam from the shower.Not full fault of the staff, but Sunday morning there were no scrambled eggs, potatoes, bacon, rolls or pastriesthe staff said guests prior were taking large serving amounts, so we basically only had cereal that morning.as we waited for over 20-30 minutes for them to prepare more of those items, but gave up and left. That was very disappointing.

  : Location was the only thing okay about this place and considering how small Killeen is that doesn't say much.
  : Smelled like mildew, water damage everwhere. Upon entering room it was so humid that i was greeted getting bit by mosquitos. The room was not the king suite i paid wxtra for. Bathroom fixtures were broken and dirty. One of the elevators was broken. This place is quite possibly the most disgusting Holiday Inns I've ever stayed at and even though I paid an upgrade fee for a king suite I was given a smelly double bed room. Their apology was- they could transfer me to another hotel for 50% more. Worst experience EVER! Also there wasn't enough parking for the guest, love the idea of hiking to the hotel and then hiking to my room in humid mildew smell because elevator was broken. Oh and let's not forgot the cigarette smoke I had the pleasure of walking through when coming and going because the sweet desk clerk had to smoke front and center.

  : Check in was quick and breakfast was good.
  : Not super clean, room smelled like mildew and was super humid. One of the drawers on the dresser kept coming open and was a hazard for our baby. Fridge did not cool well and smelled pretty bad. Walls are pretty thin.

  : The walls are very thin, you could hear people all night talking and walking around. The bed was very uncomfortable. Had a slant in the bed and which made it impossible to share with my husband.

  : THE WORST Upon check-in of the room the initial smell made my family sick. It smelled of mildew/mold, not sure if it was just coming from the A/C or if it was from the room in general. The toilet was dirty, as in not cleaned by housekeeping. But, we were staying for one night - we literally tried to power through it. That is until my asthma and allergies started to flare. Once I started having trouble breathing, I called down to the front desk to change rooms. I wish I could say there was a better result. When we checked into the second room (on the first floor) again, it was moldy. The room and sheets felt damp and the room smelled of mold. It was so bad and made us so sick we turned off the A/C. Please imagine - its Texas, there is no ventilation in this room. We were sweating balls in our sleep, sneezing, and snoring because we couldnt breathe. I literally remember at one point rolling over and shouting when will it be daylight so, we can checkout. We caved and cut the A/C on, around 3 AM, I broke out in hives and currently I am sitting up waiting to checkout of this death trap. Please reconsider before booking this hotel. It looks so good on the outside but, these rooms are legit moldy.

  : Horrible high level of allergens present in the room. No problem outside of the room. No space for us to walk and get in bed on the side of the bed pushed up against the window and nearly touching the air unit. Air unit system seems to be malfunctioning.
