  : I am very disappointed with your service and am surprised that I am a constant customer of yours and this time I received a very bad service, zero availability and zero understanding and consideration! From last Saturday the war in Israel started and I received a flight cancellation notice and there are no more flights from Israel due to the security situation, I immediately sent you a message and explained the situation, I sent a message, an email and also a request to cancel my booking without paying a cancellation fee! You responded to me once by email after more than 48 hours that you do not agree to return my money! You ignored my repeated requests at all! and you did not consider canceling the order properly! I understand that there are laws and procedures, but there are also exceptions and emergency situations that are not under the customer's control and he is not to blame for them! Why should I lose my money for a reason that has nothing to do with me! It is not my fault! It is Related to the war and countries' decisions and not my decision! The minimum I expected from you is to consider a constant customer of yours, to be available to me and to return my money back as it is for a super justified and exceptional reason! By the way, I also spoke with the hotel itself ,before two days, and they said they can't help me with the money and availability issue because it's the responsibility of "Booking" only and I wish it was their responsibility to manage my cancellation issue to help me because they understand the situation! Just a big disappointment and I will spread this bad experience with you to everyone I know and in all media channels because I am really disappointed in you!

  : Email communication: Hotel is spamming badly. Some emails I was getting twice. 8 automatic emails before arrival, and 6 after I left. Mostly reminders to do online check-in that was not working. You spend 20 minutes trying in various browsers. Only after you fill it completely it gives you the "unspecified error" on submission. The whole form programming seemed very amateur. Even after I left , I received a couple of extra check-in reminders. Hotel web page: How to reach hotel says: "From Central Station ... take U6 train, travel for ...". U6 does not go from Cetral station. And it is not easy to find this when on Central station, there are many U lines and poor navigation. In fact you have to walk outside appx. 500m to station Kropcke ... Not fun at all with luggage. Maintanence: Very annoying noise come from across the wall, sounded like malfunctioning compressor (fire escape corridor behind the wall). Unpleasant to be in room when happens. Personnel failed to repair 3 times (each time claiming problem was located and fixed). One of the lifts tented to get blocked - opens door, and when you press button with floor, it kept opening and closing the door. Even worse, there was a central system of calling lifts, so no other lift would come. Pretty unpleasant when you have a lot of luggage, and about to catch a taxi to the airport. Personnel: On the first the receptionist refused to exchange my room even after they failed to repare the noise behind the wall. Finally got pissed after 3 days, went to reception again, this was more lucky with the receptionist. It took more than 10 minutes to check-out. Receptionist was unable to operate the computer, or the software was bad. When I told her I am in hurry and to email the bill, she continued to print the bill, and then extra slowly wrap it in the envelope. I took it from her hands and ran to catch taxi to the airport ...

  : Not to much.
  : I end up paying twice for one room. I asked if one of the bookings could have been cancelled. The manager on the floor said is was no problem and that I just had to send him an e-mail. Never got any response. There was also a concert going on next door. We could not sleep, our beds and windows were shaking. It end up to be a not great. Parking was also 22 euro's for being 10 hours in the parking lot.

  : The location is ideal for the event I am attending, very convenient. The room is impeccably clean, and the staff members are exceptionally friendly.
  : My dissatisfaction was not directed toward the hotel itself, but rather the surrounding area, where I found a lack of convenience stores open in the evening.

  : Location is great for anything at EXPO Plaza, breakfast was good with a fantastic host, room size adequate.
  : The VERY loud AC (no joke, it sounded like a bus engine) was barely cooling down the room at the highest setting, even with curtains fully drawn. It was very warm during my entire stay and made sleep very difficult. The mini fridge did not work and water was not complimentary unless you enrolled in their loyalty program.

  : Nice room in a quiet hotel (very few guests when i stayed, I suspect this changes when the exhibition centre has an event ongoing). Neighborhood felt safe - in fact there was hardly a living soul around between the hotel and train station. It is reasonably well connected to the centre by train and a 5 min walk. Room itself was nice and bed comfortable. Loved the rain shower. There's free mineral water in the fridge. I mean, it has a price tag of 5 euro written somewhere, but also a note around the bottle saying it's complimentary.
  : While the room itself was reasonably priced, everything else was very expensive: parking (23 euro a day, in the middle of nowhere!), Location very far away from the centre which I hadn't realised. Bar and room service is significantly more expensive than in other 4 star hotels. The free mineral water actually tastes vile.
