  : The staff person who helped when we checked in was extremely accommodating to our needs.
  : Was not aware the room would be upstairs and this was not acceptable to handicap individuals. The handicap parking was also located on the backside of the building.

  : I just wrote this! I will do it again. booking.com gave us permission to have special request because of the heat.They approved a 1 AM check-in . the staff said no they would not check him in and he had to stay in the heat. She didn’t even ask if he wanted to sit in the lobby to get out of the heat. the person was insensitive, and even after shown a screenshot of the approval of the special request, she didn’t want to do anything. But there were vacancies.
  : The properties great. Great value clean. The issue is that they do not honor Booking.com approvals of special requests or their own hotel chain approval.

  : Didn't really like anything at all.
  : When we got home we in the room it was so suffocatingly hot in there. The A/C worked but it was so dusty it wasn't putting out much air so I cleaned it but it still took hours for it to finally cool off. Miserable most of the night from heat. Also found a live roach in the bathroom. Woke up in the morning with a crick in my neck from the uncomfortable bed as well. Not worth the money don't stay here.
