  : Needed a hotel room that was clean and functional, the room size was large with a large bathroom which contained a bath with a rain shower, spa soaps, body scrubs, body creams and a vanity kit. There was plenty of wardrobe space, desk, other furniture and mini bar with coffee machine, bathrobes and slippers. The decor of the room was very traditional (which although I prefer super modern) the room was great and bed was very comfortable. This hotel is situated next to the main hotel building, so it give the feel of staying in an apartment rather than a hotel, very quiet.
  : nothing as the hotel fit the purpose of what I needed. I did not use any of the other hotel facilities as I ate out due to the location being near the cafe's, restaurants and bars.

  : Efficient communication before arrival, great service upon arrival with luggage and location.
  : The room is large and comfortable, but in an old building. Floors make noice when walking, as does the small closet.

  : The staff was a complete mixed bag Cristian and Sophie were amazing, thank you and the others seemed a little grumpy. Cristian helped me with my car then started singing opera with the most incredible voice, complete highlight. He is amazing and so helpful :)
  : Quite a few stairs and I needed a bottle opener which I think should be in the room for a 4 star hotel and no could help as only one bottle opener in the bar and restaurant

  : We stayed in the other building, it was amazing room, space, quite, well equipped and very nice decorated.
  : If there is air condition, it could be super
