  : For what we were doing in Hamburg, the hotel was most convenient for us. Excellent breakfast.
  : We were there a week and would have liked to unpack, but there were no drawers to put things away and not enough storage space for two people to unpack and put anything away.

  : I noticed that you have written the reasons why you do not come in to clean the rooms and that you can ask for towels or other at the reception. Good. I keep thinking that someone should be there at night but that's okay. The experience of knowing all this is positive. the staff is kind. thank you

  : Not a bad room for an economy option. Comfortable bed. There is a safe. It's nice that there was a kettle and tea in the room. The hotel is located right next to U-Bahn and S-Bahn stations.The breakfast was really very good.
  : A translucent toilet door is not very сomfortable if you do not live alone.

  : I don’t like it when staff gets offended by feedback. the feedback was solely that one needs a sign on that building saying that this is indeed the Hotel one is looking for, plus whether to walk to the left or to the right of the building to find the entrance. it’s not clear if o e gets out of the S-Bahn - one sees a wall with windows and not a single sign or entrance anywhere. I got a response ‘we’ve never received such feedback and there is a sign when you get out the S-Bahn station’. the next morning I looked for that sign. it’s approximately 20cm long, attached to a random tree, and nowhere near a light.. so arriving just after 5pm on a November afternoon, when it’s already dark outside, no wonder I had to walk around like an idiot with two suitcases and a baby strapped to me. And one thing there is no sign; but to arrive there completely exhausted and yet with a smile and to provide this feedback in a friendly tone, but then to receive a snotty ‘nobody ever complained and there is a sign’ instead of ‘we are so sorry, you had to search for the entrance with the baby and all’ - that wasn’t cool…

  : Very Kind service and help of Rezeption lady when there was a little issue I had in my room.Nice Room, great Internet connectivity for free. Very quiet night. Great TV, comfy bed , wonderful rain shower.
