  : If you do not have phone data, or a local sim card, or your phone is dead, or are from another country and can't call German numbers, or if you don't own a phone, or have lost your phone, you will not be able to enter & you will have to sleep outside. They do not tell you when you book the room that you will be arriving to a big, empty, locked building, with no one there to help you. After I booked my bed I had zero reason to look at a phone, so I did not get any messages telling me that the key was hidden somewhere outside of a locked, dark, cold, empty building. This information should definitely be made available before any bed is booked, it should be at the very top: ROOM IN EMPTY MANSION WITH NO EMPLOYEES THERE TO GREET YOU, KEY HIDDEN OUTSIDE, YOU MUST HAVE A WORKING PHONE WITH YOU OR YOU WILL HAVE TO SLEEP IN THE BUSHES
