  : I was never issued the pass code for the room. Once you book a reservation they will send you a link to complete pre-checkin registration forms that involve passport scans, scans of credit card information and signature on policy forms in order to validate the reservation. None of this is mentioned on the booking.com website, which only mentions that ID and credit card are required upon checkin, but no one is there to check you in and everything is done virtually. I do not have a scanner to scan documents and I was not comfortable sending sensitive information like this virtually and asked for an in person check in or a refund. I have not been issued one yet.
  : I didn't like anything about my experience with this property and may have to litigate to have my payment refunded since I was never given the passcode to access the room. So far Booking.com has not been helpful which is disappointing considering I am a genius member.

  : It was clean.
  : I didn't like the smell inside the room. It smelled like smoke coming in from somewhere and I saw a couple of Roaches which made me NOT cook anything because I was not comfortable eating inside the room.
