  : Poor choice of lotions, shampoos, soaps for this type and quality of hotel. The lobby bar and restaurant was closed for two days.

  : Old Charme Hotel with w lot of attention to details. I liked the fire pit in the room and zur harbor view.
  : Rooms and interior are definitely a bit aged with some retro chic. A lot of old fabrics (carpets, couch, chair) and a bit worn. The location is kind of deserted. The attached mall was empty with mags stores closed. There isnt really a lot around the hotel despite a few simple restaurants.

  : The hotel, location and staff were very good, BUT
  : There were no facilities on-site. The restaurant was closed, the bar was closed and the spa was closed, from Mon thru Wed. This is (apparently) the norm at this time of year. I would have greatly appreciated this knowledge in advance of booking.

  : The place for breakfast was closed and the spa was closed (we were there from a Monday-Wednesday).. therefore the room seemed quite pricey.

  : Room was nice with plenty of space. Liked the high counter that separated the living room from the bed. The fireplace was nice. The room had a limited view of the ocean. The restaurant and coffee shop next to the hotel are very nice.
  : The second smaller television is unnecessary. The second telephone is unnecessary. Did not like that I had to ask the front desk to provide slippers and toothpaste. Did not like the very casual dining facility within the hotel.

  : This property was lovely. It was a great location, right by the water. Our suite was spacious & clean, with a great bathroom. The bed was comfortable, and our balcony had a nice view of the ocean. Having the spa was a real treat, as well. My masseuse, Jira, was professional & friendly.
  : While the property was lovely, the decor is very dated & the furnishings seem a bit worn. For a "resort & spa" on the water, people do expect a certain caliber of accommodations. It reads more as a full-service hotel, rather than a resort. The balconies could use a pressure wash. The bar was not open when we were there, which would have been nice. Though, there are restaurants & bars nearby, so it wasn't a big issue. The "shopping village" that's connected is really a letdown...as it's mostly exercise studios & a bar. I wish there were some more retail options there.
