Traveller Type:
: Very cozy room, very nice bathroom, very comfy bed, room was very clean, breakfast was fine.
: We couldnt figure out how to turn on the heater. Thermostat in the room seemed to work but the room didnt heat up. Luckly the room wasnt too cold, so we were still comfortable. (Thermostat read 20~21, felt like 19~20, but even with the thermostat set to 23 we felt no change)

Traveller Type: Family with Young Children
: Very clean and well maintained. Friendly staff, there were issues with power and Wifi due to heavy snowfall, but we were well informed of the issues. Great breakfast spread. Very centrally located.
: Only issue's we had is that the coffee machine did not have a plug point so we had it standing next to the bed and the refuse bin in room was too small.

Traveller Type: Family with Young Children
: The rooms were very clean, good WiFi, excellent breakfast. The place felt hotelly rather than gemtlich, functional rather than alpine village character which we had hoped for.
