  : The breakfast was perfect. The view was excellent, the sea and the mountains. And last, but not least, it was a heartbreaking riding on horses of the Saltvik Farm, which is located near by the guesthouse.

  : The room was very clean and we liked the modern furnishings of the room. There were horses just around the corner from where we were staying since it's also a horse farm and we really enjoyed watching the horses roam around and eat. And we had a view of the sunset from our window, which would've been more awesome if it wasn't as cloudy, but that's Iceland for you! The staff was very friendly, we were cutting it close to our check-in time and the staff was waiting patiently in the registration / dining / kitchen room to hand us the key. They did offer the communal kitchen for anyone to use if we chose to do so, but we had already eaten in town, but it's nice to know to have that option. We did have some problems trying to find where the registration was and ended up accidentally walking to someone's room, but we eventually found out that it was in the back of the main building that you first see as you drive in. The place was about 10 mins drive from Husavik, and there's not much to walk to from there, but if you want peace and quiet then you'll get it here.
  : Our room, Branda, was a little on the small side, but with just the 2 of us traveling, it was okay though as we still had to maneuver a little to get around. The shower does have a sulfur smell to it, which we didn't encounter at other places in Iceland, but it wasn't unbearable to any degree. The shower also doesn't have divider to prevent water to get out of the shower space, so you need to be a little careful not to bring in too much water throughout the bathroom floor.
