  : With all the lovely staff and environment it seemed that the elementaries for a hotel of apparently 4 stars still did not work: Arrival: No greeting. Needed to make the receptionist aware of my arrival and check in needs although it was not really busy. Dinner: It took forever to take the orders and then nearly an hour for dinner to arrive after having to ask a question what is happening. Were meanwhile offered some "greetings from the kitchen". While there was an exceptionally friendly and kind waiter serving the meal, after having finished the meal all staff had abandoned our table not to be seen anymore. No offering of dessert, nothing. Had to explicitly seek some staff to book the meal onto our room. Dinner was otherwise of very good standard. Upon leaving, again the staff did their duties with some disinterest and no goodbyes either. How odd. Facilities great otherwise, strangely as it seems to be common now, no info other then self promotion in the hotel room, not even the wifi code was communicated. Small things that can be fixed with attentive management.
