  : The location is great. 5 minute walk and very quick bike ride to the soft, white sand beach and water sport activities (paddle boarding) .. plus windsurfing a little further down the beach, still walking or biking distance. Walking distance from main city strip with coffee, bars & lots of food options. There are bikes to rent for cheap per day, right out front the hotel- we highly recommend biking if you can, it was lovely. Kenneth, the owner, was very very nice and made sure we had a pleasant time.
  : We were surprised to find out this was a home stay which means it is somebodys home who rents bedrooms out like a hotel. Shared bathroom, only 1 shower for all of the guests to share, and shared kitchen... we would have preferred our own bathroom etc. We made the best and learned to enjoy meeting people from other places.

  : The beds were amazingly comfortable! The host was superb. And it was very easy to check in, check out and find out whatever else we needed to know.
  : Shared bathrooms and showers are not really our first choice. And for being a bed and kitchen, with no breakfast and shared bathrooms, it was quite pricy. Having said that - we were very satisfied with our stay.

  : Wonderful host, very helpful and friendly. Quiet area, close to the beach, super to explore Falsterbo.
  : Only one washing facility upstairs for too many guests. Shower downstairs is good, the outside shower is great!
