  : I had problem with payment, the final result - we have decided this, but I tried to explain this to hotel staff, and it didnt work.. in the end booking.con helps to resolve the problem.. so, I hope in the future this situation wont be with any guest

  : On Easter Sunday morning (16 April) the gentleman on duty at the reception offered us hard-boiled eggs, cake and hot drinks for breakfast, and, when he noticed that I had a number of pills to take, offered me a jug of water and a glass. When my wife and daughter joined me he brought glasses for them as well, and brought us three slices of his wife's home-made Easter cake. He provided a suitably-placed table for them to study at, and hot drinks. In the evening, when I was using one of the tables he took the initiative of offering me tea. His whole approach was ideal: discreet but attentive and helpful.
  : While we had noted that "There is no meal option with this room" we were surprised on checking in to be told by the young lady on duty that the hotel restaurant was closed, it was not known when it would open, that breakfast would not be available, and simply that "there are lots of restaurants near by" - but it turned out that, as it was Orthodox Easter Saturday evening, they were all closed except for McDonald's. We believe she could have been more outgoing and helpful on this matter. When we asked if we could buy a map of Suceava city, she said the hotel did not have one, but offered us a guidebook for outdoor activities in the Bucovina - which had no map of Suceava. It would be helpful to have a desk lamp on the table in the room so that a guest could study or work there without having the ceiling light on if the other person in the room is trying to sleep.
