  : Pretty hotel, lovely location.Free minted water, delish.Shower and toilet very spacious.Easy bus routes to Valkenburg, railway station to Maastricht, Brussels, Aachen etc.Gulpen is very beautiful, but everything is very expensive. A litre of beer and two glasses of pop was 22.
  : Low beds, and very very soft.Low chairsNo aircon in the room, good fan but no comparison.Staff were mediocre.No restaurant on Sunday and MondayBreakfast was 19, Dinner, haute cuisine, was 22.00.However, its a nice hotel, dont be put off.

  : It was easy to find. Check in and out were really easy. The what's app messages were very helpful. Beds were comfortable. Shower was good. The staff were really really friendly.
  : It wasn't really clean just ok. The decor is looking tired and it is in need of renovation but it is a large old building. We found dirty tissues under the bed and we could hear people in the next room. The TV was facing completely the wrong way. There was no kettle in the room just a coffee machine with capsules. Not really a place for a fancy weekend and expensive compared to other places I stayed in the region.

  : The weather was nice on the day that I arrived.
  : I've booked an apartment with a bath, but when I entered it smelled very strongly of cigarettes, so I requested another room. I was given the room with a terrace to the outside, but the door was not closing or locking, and the room was extremely run-down, so I went to the reception and asked again for another room, and said that someone should look into the fact that the door to the outside terrace doesn't close and anyone from outside can enter that room. I was told by the receptionist " there is nobody here to look at it, it's just me" I tried to explain, that I didn't mean it "now", but "in general", you can't rent rooms where anyone from outside can enter at night cause the front door doesn't close. So I was given a key to the third room. To find out that it smelled awfully of cigarettes, had holes and stains all over furniture, was dirty and run-down, there was a dirty shower curtain in the shower instead of shower cabin and there was a loud orgy( call it like this cause there were voices of multiple people) next door and no sound insulation at all. At this point I realized that there's absolutely no point trying the fourth room, cause I had enough. So I left the key at the reception, left this dreadful place and sent a message to the hotel about all this. It's been 3 days now and I still haven't heard anything back. I don't even mind if I don't get my money back, honestly I would pay money so I don't have to stay there and so I did. This is just my experience, you can check it out for yourself, but for me this is gonna be a legend to my friends of the worst and most disgusting hotel I've ever been to.
