  : That it was across the road from the beach and the staff in the front were amazing every time we seen them.
  : The fact we paid $800 for a hotel for 3 nights that isn’t even directly on the beach, no air in the elevator (and before someone says then just take the stairs, my MIL was with us and just started chemo, she didn’t need to take the stairs), the bathroom doors were extremely hard to close and open (one of my kids thought they got locked in), the door to the room had light coming in on all sides from gaps between the frame and the door. Also was extremely hard to open our door from the outside once we used our key and inside, almost felt like the handle was coming off. The beds were awful. The air conditioner is poorly placed. Margaritaville directly on the beach in Jacksonville FL is cheaper, way nicer, and that includes valet parking. We will not be staying here again, we even left a night early. We had to came down a day earlier and got a room here before our actual reservation because my daughter needed us sooner and it was $178 for ONE night. Just insane. Price to quality just isn’t there. Also, no one came to clean our room. We had to continuously go ask for more towels, and ended up having to sit all our trash outside the door for someone to even pick it up. They came to our room ONCE, took all our towels, never left anymore, and I don’t think they took the trash that time either. Just overall, not a good experience for the price.
