  : It was better than sleeping in a ditch!
  : No record of our booking so had to try and find someone to book us in. Took an hour. Room cold, dated and in urgent need of modernisation. Beds were uncomfortable, bathroom shabby. Room smelt damp, bed covers stained. Dreadful Place!

Fair

  : The off street parking, close proximity of a restaurant, cleanliness
  : The lighting was too bright, the availability of sockets (1 was unusable) to charge phones etc. very limited.

Wonderful

  : Clean, comfortable, nice breakfast, nice staff in the morning at breakfast.
  : The internet was cutting, and I had to enter the username and password several times. Also being 4 in the room, all 4 of us should have had access to internet, not just one A major problem that I could see is that Booking charged my credit card in the same day as I arrived at the hotel, however the owner did not know about that, and told me that I have to pay for my stay, that nothing was payed. So I was charged twice. Now I am dealing with Booking.com to refund the amount they charged me because the hotel does not respond, which is unacceptable as service. So beware that the owner my try to charge you besides the charge from Booking. He does not know that he has to deal with Booking.com and not with the customers directly regarding the checking in.
