: Really great location, very good room layout (two separate bedrooms), great (west-facing) view from the living room through a huge glass door, you can hear the ocean from the living room which is pretty nice, lots of good restaurants within walking distance (5 minutes).
: The buidling and the apartment are old and require some renovation works soon. Everything is well-cared but don't expect a modern apartment (doors, windows, some of the equipment seem pretty dated). The garage underneath the buidling is really narrow - be careful! One more thing...we were 15 minutes behind our scheduled arrival time (which shouldn't be a problem especially when travelling with a small kid) and the lady who was awaiting us was not very amused, which was rather unprofessional.

: The location was brilliant, right on the sea front. Very close to beach and good cafes/restaurants. Also near bus stop to access other places on the island. Great location for walking in the mountains.

: Girl who checked us in didn't tell us we had to move metal storm shutters to find switch for lights and power in livingroom and kitchen. Circuit breaker box behind picture. If you run washing machine and take shower at same time it blows the fuse. Takes about 8 resets before washer will run. Both washer and water heater on same extention cord. Unit would have been fine if person greeting you told you of any of the problems, but she was only interested in giving you the keys and leaving.
