  : Booking two nights here cost us $950. Based on the price one would expect a high standard, but unfortunately that was not nearly the case.When we arrived the front door was left wide open. There was a used bathrobe hanging behind the door, and the dining table had crumbles all over it. Other than that the apartment was mostly clean, but cheap, with well used furniture and kitchenware.The reservation was for two beds. The second bed turned out to be a transformer sofa bed. Unfolding it presented us with a dusty stained mattress, and no bed linen in plain sight. I checked the closet in the other room, there was a pile of pillows and comforters, all without cases, and a few trash bags.I called customer service to ask them where to find the bed linen, and was assured that someone will stop by and bring the missing sheets. Two hours have passed, no one showed up. I called again. This time after 20 minutes on the line I was finally told we're in a too remote of an area for anyone to come. They suggested us to wait until the next morning. It was 9pm at night, we're there with 2 kids, one bed, and one stained sofa. No, thank you, I told the customer service person on the phone, we're not staying, and we want the money back. We took the kids and drove back home devastated.The next day a supervisor calls me and says she found the sheets in a black trash bag in the closet, and they won't return the money. I'm sorry, but I didn't buy a scavenger hunt adventure to dig through all the trash bags to find the sheets. I was buying two nights in a house with two beds. And none of the customer service people I talked to gave me any hints, except making me wait for two hours for "someone to show up".And there we are, with ruined vacation, and lost money.
