  : In order to be not only negative, the location is quiet, the room was clean and local dogs were adorable and friendly.
  : We decided to spend our last night on Canaries in Finca de la Tosca. Unfortunately, the reality did not meet our expectations at all. First of all, the room was oriented to the opposite side than is the ocean, and so, we could not see such a nice scenery as was expected/advertised. Moreover, there was no swimming pool there (or the manager did not show it to us). Also, the room was inhabited by ants, silverfish and mosquitoes, but we understand that this might be common in this part of the world and it is hard to prevent it from the owners side.. But the room had much more serious flaws. We can also survive no presence of shower gels in bathroom (as we had ours, otherwise it would be not very comfortable at all). On the other hand, we really do mind that the water is (at least according to the manager) not drinkable because of some accident somewhere uphill. Ok, this might happen but one could expect that the owner/manager will ensure sufficiient amount of bottles with water. Surprisingly, he only recommended us to drive back to the town in order to buy water in local supermarket. We were like ok thank you for not risking our health but "seriously?". Your water is contaminated and we should go back to the car and drive back to the town??.. btw: when we wanted to leave the room, we realised that it was almost impossible to lock it down..

  : The views are nice and the pool is relaxing, small but ok. The 2 dogs are lovely.
  : It is very difficult to get there as there is no single sign, not even at the door entrance.The access road is tricky and you need at least 8min from the main road to the house, passing along banana tree plantations.Once we got there, the man who received us made us feel useless because we couldn't find the place in the first place. However, the rest of the guests told us they got lost also.The greating could not be worse... he just gave us the keys and show us the room, and dessapeared...Very simple facilities The room was ok but almost nothing to cook, no hot water in the bathroom and no aircon. And instead of a duvet, it has very old heavy blankets...Non even a goodbye or information about the checkout, we just left he keys in the room and left after a woman knocked in our door at 10am to let us know that the checkout was at that time (no previous notice), we had to rush and pack everything in 5min..

  : Prior to arrival I was greeted personally by text then by Jesus the gentleman that assists you on your arrival and journey I have no idea why people complain about getting lost its a simple journey on google maps .. Lovely people nobody bothered us at all we had complete privacy and the views where spectacular they had no complaint about us moving around playing music and completely kicking back as friendly as I can put it Was a little peaceful magical place up in the mountains .. its perfect for a weekend away to forget about civilisation and take lovely walks or just simply chill out at the apartment Balconies are big and spacious the dogs are friendly and create a homely vibe Beds where comfortable Sunrise and sunsets are lovely from here and the stars are breathtaking... its very rustic and exactly what it is supposed to be ... Make sure you take plenty of food including coffee and cooking oil as nothing is supplied so you must go prepared .
  : Tv was very old .. No Netflix or amazon and it would be amazing if it had a bath Pool is smaller than it portrays and yes microwave would help Apart from that no complaints at all Maybe some teas sugars and milks wouldnt go amiss the simple examples But for the price of the stay you cant complain it is what it is a lovely getaway

  : Sandra and the pool men / gardeners were kind and very helpful We liked the peace and quiet being up on the mountain The place was clean Dogs were friendly but barked a lot (and large) - to be noted if you dont like dogs dont stay here! Lovely sunset Nice to sit outside apartment Good amount of hot water
  : Kitchen poorly equippedRonald was very rude to us via message when we were booking - to the point we were intimidated to stay! We never met him during the stay.We had to pay by bank transfer which incurred further costs.Treacherous drive to the house (experienced drivers only!) The room feels rather like staying in a garage with breeze block walls - would be better if they were paintedLittle privacy to rooms either side from sitting out terrace - ?perhaps small walls between property terraces could be built.
