  : I like the hospitality of the staff. Despite my room key being deactivated because I continued to place it near my cell phone, the staff was patience and assisted with resetting my room card as needed. Oddly enough, I did appreciate the hotel having a trash bin on the floor where I was able to discard of my bulk trash items from breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner.
  : The room was outdated with scuffed up furniture. The room was cooled by a windowless A/C unit. The shower was placed at an awkward angle. The bed sheets had visible oil stains. The laundry room was a site to see - went to laundromat instead. And finally, the room card had to be frequently reset if it came within contact of my phone.

  : Room 118 air-conditioning plug-in sparked fire when my pillow fell off bed during the night.Walking down the halls to our room, all you could smell was majiuana. It's not something you want to explain to your children , which families were staying there as well.
  : There are too many rough looking people sitting in cars in the parking lot and then going back into the lounge. When we got back to our room that evening, we couldn't get to our room due to parking from the lounge overflow.

  : Have stayed here often for the whirlpool tub and proximity to cracker barrel
  : The hot water would run out. Would not let me fill tub up without pausing awhile to reheat. But worse, went cold , very cold, on my partner while he was in the middle of his shower.

  : Location and Bathroom and Customer was nice
  : The hotel was not clean enough, iron & ironing boards was not in the room literally had to go down and pick it up from front desk. The door to the room didn’t close all the way meaning the lock became engaged on two occasions and didn’t feel safe and there was an awful smell in the room

  : Staff was friendly and helpful
  : There was an old used coffee pod in the coffee pot , the bathtub didn't look clean , noticed some stains on the comforter , pillows were lumpy . Also wants happy with booking.com because they canceled my reservation before I arrived because they tried to charge my card before I checked in and it declined but it specifically said I would not be charged and could pay at the hotel when I arrived which is what I planned to do.
