  : Typical Tyrolean Gasthof. Spacious and clean studio on 2nd floor with nice mountain view. Good starting point to visit Salzburg, hiking trails, caves, lakes and river gorges. Free parking close to the building. Quiet and peaceful surroundings.

  : The staff were very friendly. One of the men working in the restaurant downstairs even offered to help us carrying some of the luggage. The hostess is very friendly and helpful and her english was good. The room itself was spacious with a pretty big balcony with a nice view. You could see that the furniture was old but it fits good in with the whole aesthetic of the building. Parking was also good. The kitchen had plenty of equipment (even a toaster!). The fact that there is an italian restaurant in the same building was nice. You would always smell delicious food when walking down the stairs (if you are sensitive to smells don't worry, the smell would not reach the upper levels were the rooms are located).
  : Only real downside that I can think of was the bathtub/shower combination. It's not really suited for older people. I stayed here with my grandma and she could not use the shower and had to use a washing cloth instead and wash herself the old fashioned way.

  : Friendly hosts and a beautiful environment. Three years ago we had mainly explored the Berchtesgadener environment, this year we have also discovered and enjoyed the hidden treasures of Bad Reichenhall.
  : Nothing to complain about, just a few rainy hours...

  : Loved the space, the bed, the facilities, the view, the staff, and the location. Communication was also very good and they couldn't do enough to help.
  : The only thing and it is a VERY minor point, we struggled with the feather pillows as they do not offer any support. As I say, being very picky as the apartment was beautiful. Maybe some more pillows, firmer pillows or cushions world help. Also a double duvet would be nice.

  : Fabulous apartment, spacious and comfortable with everything we needed for self catering. Great location just over the Austrian border. Good shower, parking good unless the restaurant below is busy. Fantastic mountain view with a lovely balcony. Very quiet. Lots of storage space and comfortable bed. Lovely owner.

  : The restaurant in the main floor is nice, they have good Italian food. We had pizza which was amazing and pasta another night which was also good.
  : Nothing special about this property. The lady will ask you to pay cash for your stay, something that was not specified on the description of the property, so a bit of an inconvenience. Check out is 10:00am which is a bit of a challenge when traveling with a baby. Oven does not work. There is nobody to ask any questions, just the restaurant staff but they do not seem to be involved in the hotel operation. Parking is quite small and needs to be shared with restaurant guests, so if you arrive during dinner hours you might not find a parking space. This should not be called a hotel, there is no cleaning service. We were there 4 nights and nobody entered the room to clean, change towels or clean the washroom. Bring your own toilet paper, they will only provide 2 rolls for 3 people for 4 nights... you need to make it last! The stairs are quite steep, so if you have mobility issues, please consider another place. We got a room in the second floor so there were 2 sets of stairs exactly the same.

  : This accommodation has a gorgeous location in a charming village, just a few steps from the German border. Our room was really well-equipped, spacious and has a breathtaking view to the surrounding mountains. The athmosphere of the hotel is extremely pleasant. We can highly recommend.
