  : Nice staff, breakfast ok and room clean. Had a pool, but we were rushed for time, so never used It.
  : They Say nice balcone, but there are no chairs or any furniture. We wanted to drink wine on balcone, but no chairs! Bed a Little hard.

  : Warm welcome. Room ready a bit earlier - appreciated Cosy and warm. Unlike many hotels with no heating at this time of the year. Room small but so clean quiet and comfortable Breakfast included. More fresh fruit and plant based options would be good in the current environment. Great location Excellent value for money. Would choose to stay here again

  : The selection is limited, even for an Italian breakfast, but it is fresh. The dinner was excellent, for a short stay, there is no need to go anywhere else to find a delicious meal.
  : Breakfast fell short due to some of the offerings were gone by the time we arrived.

  : The overall structure was very well made and laid out; similarly, our room was great. It had a spacious bathroom with a superb shower, comfortable beds and overall there was a plenty of space available (I am used to those old, Victorian houses with tiny rooms!)
  : Staffs behaviour and attitude was borderline unpleasant, to not say rude. I had gifted a 2-days holiday to my little sister hence booking one night at the hotel to celebrate her birthday. In my reservation, I added a note kindly asking to have a room with a decent view. I specified that, hadnt that been possible, it would have been okay. The hotel responded we dont have rooms with scenic views as if I had asked something else? I replied clarifying my request and thanked them for answering regardless. Throughout our stay, me and my little sister have been looked up and down by all staff - except for one lady whom we met whilst checking out. We surely arent rich and like I said, I booked a one night stay at this hotel solely as a gift to my sister. We normally couldnt afford it. We constantly felt looked at and judged as we were clearly different from the usual hotel guests - i.e., not well-off. At some point, I asked two members of staff where the swimming pool(s) we saw advertised online were and their opening times. They stared at me in a mix of disgust and confusion saying, what?. I repeated and elaborated my question. The two receptionists looked at each other with, again, a mix of confusion and disgust until the lady understood and said something along the lines of: ohhh no, these are part of the spa which is private, only available to some guests. I apologised for my question - which clearly wassomehow out of line? - and said it was okay. My little sister asked me why the hotel staff kept behaving like that, how was I supposed to explain her..? Shortly before our check out, my little sister took the stairs to the reception while I took the elevator. She normally doesnt use elevators and they make her anxious. She was carrying a big bag to help, as I was carrying 3 heavy bags myself.
