  : The location was wonderful, walking distance to the center; Absolutely loved the view; the Cleanness, sweet and very nicely furnished, WLAN.

  : The position is amazing, immerse into nature in a quiet zone, only 10 min. by walk from the center. The view on the Swiss Alps is the everyday highlight!

  : we didnt have a car which means we had to push the luggages along steep hills to get to the apartment which took a huge effort! there is no tumble dryer although when I booked it, it clearly stated that there is one at the apartment (this was one of our main requirements). We were also told we couldnt use the heating facilities (to dry the clothes) and It was raining and overcast on some of the days and the clothes wouldnt dry for days.there were no hand wash or dish washing liquid provided and insufficient toiletries such as toilet paper for the duration of our stay. we were told we had to buy them ourselves, which makes this place looks stingy and feels more like a backpackers chalet.it would also be helpful to provide an instructions on how to use the facilities. it took us some time to know how to work the TV (there is no channels to watch) and also whilst cooking, the stove turned off suddenly.we were provided feather down bedding which was very warm if we use it but also very cold if we dont. we kept putting it on and taking it off for some of the nights and didnt have any proper rest.we could not get a proper response over the message chat from Griwa Rent so we went down in person to the Griwa Rent office and told them the issues. but the person who attended to us were so rude and clearly were not willing to help. it was absolutely disappointing!

  : Clean, Modern, Nice bathroom and kitchen kitchen had stainless steel pots and pans, Dishwasher, lots of utensils comfortable bedsenough space and storage for family of fourbeautiful views. Dehumidifier helped.
  : This is the downstairs unit. if the upstairs unit is also occupied and if you take showers in the evening, you might not have hot water but then you can go to the laundry room snd turn on the switch. But, the laundry room is only for the upstairs unit and can be locked. i would suggest future visitors to talk to front office on how to handle this if you plan on taking showers in the evening.
