  : Very very noisy room. 9 euro to park the car for one night.Many emails from the hotel after i booked saying its better and faster to check in online. I did this and at the end have to do the booking again at reception because they not received the online booking..The lady who checked me in was very unfriendly. Saying she not understand me accoustically, i just tryed to speak German.

  : Good size room and clean, parking is available but it does cost a fair bit.
  : Small breakfast which looks like brought in food from an out side company and then reused the next day if not eaten. Milk and other jugs not refilled with fresh products very often. ( milk was half full and a fly floating inside the jug.)The hotel does not service food for lunch or evening meals, even though a bar menu is advertised but when I asked to order i was told they do not service food. Some members of staff are rude but most are happy to help. On arrival all front of house staff was out side the main door smoking and we had to wait while they finished their fag. ( didn't really bother my self just a good point to make. As I feel staff should have a their own smoking area as it appears that some members of staff was having a fag then going straight to serve breakfast)Would I stay again. Well maybe if I just wanted a room for a one night business trip but I would not stay for any longer than that, and it is not a place for children to stay at all. But on the pluss side I can rate the mcdonalds.

  : Breakfast was optional, it was of a good standard, but nothing out of the ordinary. Hotel was very clean and looked fairly new. They had secure parking, however our car with roof box couldn't fit, so we parked on the street by the hotel. The area seemed safe, we didn't have any issues and on-street parking was free. Beds were comfortable, and rooms rather spacious. 3 bedroom ensuite was especially comfortable, with 2 separate rooms and a little lounge area. There's a supermarket just behind the hotel, and a pizza take-away some 5min. away on foot.
  : Oddly, the hotel does not have stairs, only an elevator over 4 floors. There is however a set of stairs which is the fire escape route from every floor through a brown door, this is labelled only in German and while customers are not supposed to use them, I did not understand the notice in German and I found one of these doors leading to the stairwell left open and I tried to use them instead of the elevator. The issue is that the doors only have a push-bar handle on the hotel side, and no way to open ANY of the doors on the stairwell back into the hotel. The door closed behind me, and the exit door at bottom of the stairwell also did not open as it was jammed, so I ended up being stuck in the stairwell and had to get a family member to let me out by calling them on my mobile. This was a minor issue for me, but a child accidentally getting stuck in the stairwell would have been a big deal. As the doors are not alarmed, this could easily happen.
