: Access road on Google maps, depending from which direction you are coming, can lead you to a dead end. The main access road, unpaved, requires attention to avoid deeper holes.

: We were welcomed in a very charming and friendly manner. It is a very quiet and clean room. We prefer to stay away from the hustle and bustle which is what you can expect when you go here and yet the drive in to Florence was minor (30 mins). The pool are was very quaintly located outside and fantastic to just relax, read and take a swim every now and then to cool down. We have a tendency to eat all our meals outside. As we had an apartment here, there is no direct balcony or area where you can go direct from the kitchen. The cool thing is that there is an area where you can go to outside once done cooking and then take your food with you. Also there is plenty of parking. In one review we read that you need a 4x4 to get there. This is not true. The last maybe 500m is on a gravel road, in some areas a little less flat than the others. A litte conscientious driving but a 4x4 is not necessary. :)
: It's really nit picking to be honest, the only thing I would say is that the area outside where you take your meals to is communal and not private and if you like to sleep with the window open, you could hear other persons there. We were lucky that the persons outside were low-key. If it's a very jovial crowd and you are a sensitive sleeper, you might have to ask them to turn it down.

: We came here for a few days to relax and that is what we got! Authentic vila in the heart of the Tuscany surrounded by vineyards and olive trees. Host is super friendly and helpful (unfortunately she doesnt speak English, but we managed to understand each other). It is quite and calm in the property - you can listen to the birds chirping. There is a nice pool with sunbeds (though not heated). You can ask for a wine tasting tour and buy very tasty Chianti Classico wine on the property. The apartment had all the necessary appliances and the kitchen was equipped well, had salt, oil, paper towels, etc.

: Clean and nice traditional apartment, completely renovated bathroom, friendly host and staff. You can buy excellent wine produced on the property. Nice walks in the area. It was calm and quiet.
: The mattress in one of the bedrooms could be better, but it really wasnt a big deal.

: Vineyard location was beautiful but a little hard to find. Once there we were well looked after.
: Unfortunately we needed wifi to do some work and internet connection wasnt working at all. We booked three nights but left after two because of this and they were very apologetic and didnt charge us. Thanks!Also it is worth noting that although there was a nice, big kitchen there was no oil for cooking and no coffee, tea or a kettle. The bed was also maybe needing a topper or new mattress. Other than these minor things I recommend the property particularly in summer if you could use the pool.
