  : The inside only of the refrigerator was clean
  : The room was nasty! I took pics that's how bad. The room hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. The floor was gross, we had to leave our shoes on. There was a roach on the counter in the kitchen. However it was dead it was still there. Don't think our bedding was clean either. I was told at check in that if I wanted clean towels I would have to wash them myself. I was also told that it was a 100 dollars non refundable for pets. I refused to pay because online it say pet friendly and they stay free. I was told that you couldn't have guest after 10pm, but there was a party happening above us that caused us to lose a night of sleep. Then the idiot upstairs had the nerve to stomp all over the floor during the day because my grandkids were making to much noise. Where was the security that the front desk said they had.... this is a terrible place. The owners should really do something. I had to stand outside in the cold and wind to check in. All my information was written on paper including my pin number so she could enter it because I wasn't allowed to go in. She did give me the papers back however that was all personal information
