  : Being a solo traveler, I liked the ease of getting a bite to eat in the 'bistro' area without having to go out to a restaurant.

  : There was no notification that construction was going on and it didn’t appear safe. I numerous reasons I was assigned to four rooms in two days. I wanted to leave after the first night because of the loud noises until 5:30am but we were told that the hotel could give me a refund because I prepaid for the reservation. We found blood on the bathroom door. We were given two days of complimentary breakfast for All the inconveniences but it just didn’t erase the fact that we were going up and down the elevator because we didn’t have working keys to the rooms we were given. We were upset that when we returned from the reunion that we waited in the lobby for two hours before we took the fourth room. We finally made it back to the 3rd room at midnight that had both my daughter and my medications. It took some time to ignore the light that poured into the room from the door and the window where the curtain barely made it over the cooling system. Thanks for trying Sabrina, Mary , Robert and the number of you who helped with the fobs and keys not working my entire stay, but this has to be one the worst two travel/ lodging experiences of my entire life. I should have just checked out and cut my my losses.
  : Because of outages of the fob and keys the staff should have checked to make sure the keys were working prior to the guests arrival. Create an icon to be made any for guests to decide if they want to stay were there is construction going on. I chose the hotel because it didn’t have a pool thinking I would avoid outside noise but the room above me was so loud all night I got no sleep.
