  : Breakfast was great! Room was clean and all the staff was friendly and helpful. We were able to walk to all the destinations for the weekend (Resch center, Lambeau field, etc)

  : The location was great. We could walk to Lambeau and around Titletown. The breakfast was decent.
  : We booked a poolside room, which I paid extra for. Well, never again. It was so loud with people at the pool, not swimming - just groups of parents and adults with coolers and alcohol. It was more of a bar environment than a pool. Thankfully, it closed at 11pm, which was not enforced, and took until 1130 for people to leave. Then we were on the bottom floor, and it sounded like the people above were moving furniture most of the evening. We have stayed in many hotels, and you can occasionally hear someone above you, but this was awful. Never had I heard it so loud for so long. Instead of relaxing, we left because it was just so loud. The beds were rock-hard and very uncomfortable.

  : We liked the pool area being so spacious and the location was great. It was in close proximity to many places, so plenty to do in the area.
  : We had issues with our reservation upon check in and check out, but was resolved at checkout. Pool area had many rules, which is good, but excessive. No pool toys, no music, etc...Beds were pretty hard but may be perfect for some people. Just not for us. And the parking lot was always so full, it was difficult to find a spot closest to our rooms. Without having an elevator in the hotel, and having parents along who can't do stairs easily, it made things a little difficult for them.

  : The location to Lambeau Field was excellent. The lady serving the omelets at breakfast was amazing.
  : The hotel did not have evaluators to the 2nd floor. The key cards would stick when scanned at Door 5. The key card system was dated and one card did not work at all. The air conditioner/heater in one of our rooms did not work correctly. Non-smoking rooms had clearly been smoked in previously. The lady who was at the front desk when we checked in July 3rd was very rude, not helpful (wouldn't even tell us where our room was located without us asking directions), and did not recommend the restaurant connected to the hotel. The bathtub in one room was filthy. The other room had peeling paint in the bathroom. The storage area by the closet had walls with expanding paint (bubble like). The remotes did not work well. Lights were either burned out or not working. The carpets throughout the hotel are very dated. The price we paid for the room was not anywhere close to the quality of this hotel. Giving the negatives in this hotel, the price of this hotel cannot be justified. After having a great experience at another Best Western just a day before, we sought out another Best Western only to be throughly disappointed with this hotel based on the price we paid.
