  : Honestly we have stayed here 3-4 times now and this was one of the worst stays we have had. There has always been something small in our previous stays. We did NOT have a good experience. When I booked our stay our biggest thing was having a pool available. My last stay at the end of September, I was told at the counter while checking in that the pool was out of service. I would have liked to be told when I booked my stay, but nothing. Thinking I would give them one more shot, I booked another stay in December for Christmas. When standing at the counter while checking in I specifically asked if their pool was working thinking the last time was a one off and was told no its actually closed. Again I was not notified of this at all via email or phone call after I booked. I asked the worker if it was going to be open at all while I was staying and they said oh it will open Saturday (a couple days after I checked in). We thought ok great! Then we decided on Tuesday 12/26 to go to the pool and saw caution tape around the pool. It was closed! No notification no call no anything. We even had family stay at the same hotel for the night and requested a pool room view and were never told that the pool was closed! Very very very disappointed. Along with this, our room was never serviced until our very day night of a 6 day stay. We ran out of garbage bags, cups, towels, and toilet paper. We had to go to the front desk for all this stuff. We were told that they did not have staff on Christmas Eve and Christmas day (understandable), but there were other days they could have serviced our room. With the cost of this stay I am extremely disappointed. I mentioned all of this while checking out to the manager/supervisor and she just rolled her eyes and gave me nothing but excuses. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone and will be taking our business elsewhere for our stay in the future.
